Merry Merry Christmas!

Little Finnish Santa
Posted by Happy Homemaker UK

This has been a unique Christmas season for us! Not only is it our first Christmas in England, but we just got home last night from visiting Santa in Lapland, Finland!

Granted it would make THE perfect Christmas blog post, but I have so many photos to share and stories to tell, that it won't be up in time. In the meantime, here are just a few photos from our trip.

Reindeer

It was cold, it was dark, and it was FUN!

We have a tradition of watching Santa on the NORAD satellite as he makes his way around the world. You can track him here too.

Wishing you the joy and magic of the Christmas season this year!

Sending the love,
Laura

Sounds so fabulous to have snow AND a visit to Lapland, lucky you! Thank you for keeping me 'in touch' with life in the UK. I have enjoyed reading these last few months.

Merry Christmas to you and yours Laura.
Certainly look forward to hearing more about Finland! My parents' neighbours are Christmassing there, all the way from down under.
We're experiencing flooding rains, not our usual scorching Xmas heat.
I have enjoyed how blogging has made the world a much smaller place and I'm learning far more than I ever imagined by looking at backyards all around the world.
Enjoy the season.
Fiona.

Wow Laura, if that is just one shot, I can't wait to see the rest, love it! You made it to Lapand! Good for you. Have heard nothing but great things about that trip. Our kids are have hit the age where there would be a lot of eye rolling but I would still love to go. I look forward to hearing more!

Hope you have a had a Merry Christmas and are raring to go for those Boxing Day sales (online)! We made the mistake of going into London on Boxing Day last year...WOW!

Best wishes
