Merry Christmas Laura!!! I love your picture/postcard!Just wanted to let you know that I sent you a Christmas e-card on the 23rd, and I happened to remember you said once that you don't often check your e-mail. I just thought I'd give you a heads-up (hope it didn't go to your spam box). Anyway, Merry Christmas, Laura; it's been fun getting acquainted with you, and I appreciate your friendship.Warm Holiday Hugs,Denise at Forest Manor
Hi, I found your blog while looking for my sister-in-law's. Co-inicidence - I've just given the 'Mudlarking' walk to my parents for Christmas. I don't know if they still do it, but a few years ago my Mum took the kids to the excavations at Silchester and they were allowed to dig up and take home a piece of Roman roof tile. Anyway, happy new year!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
I am just trying to clean up my inbox after the holiday season so I dont know if you will get to read this. I really enjoy your blog. I lived in Essex until I turned 20 years before emigrating and although I have been back a couple of times,I will always miss the old dart terribly. You bridge that gap for me. Thank you and a very happy 2014 Joy
